UQT, operated by UQG Technologies L.L.C (DET licence no. 1624196), is an international brokerage and technology platform. UQT connects businesses to a network of independent, regulated financial-service providers. UQT is not a bank, payment institution, money services business, virtual-asset service provider, broker-dealer or financial broker. UQT does not provide banking, payment, currency-exchange, virtual-asset, custody or brokerage of financial instruments services. UQT does not hold client funds, exchange currency or custody digital assets.
Regulated services in the network
Every regulated financial service in the UQT network is delivered by an independent regulated provider, licensed in its own jurisdiction. The decision to accept any business and to provide any regulated service rests with the provider. UQT routes, packages and monitors. The provider decides and operates.
Licence and jurisdiction
UQG Technologies L.L.C is a Dubai mainland limited liability company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), Dubai, under licence number 1624196. UQT operates from Dubai and serves clients globally through its brokerage and matching activity. UQT does not hold a banking, payment-services, virtual-asset-services, money-services or securities licence in any jurisdiction.

Where statistics are quoted (such as time saved, acceptance rates or coverage figures) those figures are indicative based on UQT's observation of its own client base and may not represent the results any particular client will experience.
