What you get.
Onboarding infrastructure is the layer that ties banking, FX and digital assets together. It is the file you build once, the portal you operate from, and the agent who runs interference with every provider on your behalf.
The result: a single relationship that opens every account you qualify for. One profile, packaged for every provider that matters. Live status from application to live account.
The four stages.
Profile capture
Structure, activity, geography, currency mix. Documents collected in the portal.
Engine scoring
Every relevant provider ranked against your file with reasoning.
Specialist review
A senior agent refines the shortlist before any introduction goes out.
Routed introductions
Packaged applications routed to providers. Status visible in the portal.
The portal.
Your team works from a single portal. It holds your captured profile, every document the network needs, and live status against every provider you have been routed to. When a provider has a question, it lands in the portal too. Your agent triages.
- Captured profile that updates downstream when you change it
- Document vault with version history
- Live status board across every routed introduction
- Direct messaging with your senior agent
- Audit log for compliance and internal review
Your senior agent.
Every UQT account is led by a senior agent. They sit between you and the network, package each application, follow up with providers, and unblock the file when it stalls. The portal handles the data. The agent handles the relationships.
Decisions stay with the providers
UQT packages, routes and monitors. The decision to open and operate an account rests with the regulated provider in every case. We do not deliver the regulated service ourselves.
Onboarding FAQs.
How long until we have live accounts?
Most clients have one or more live accounts within two to four weeks of the first call, with the full set of routed introductions complete in six to eight.
What if we need to add a new entity or jurisdiction later?
Your captured profile becomes a living file. Adding an entity reuses the parts that do not change and updates the parts that do. We re-route only where the new addition opens new partner fits.
Can we use UQT for ongoing introductions, not just initial setup?
Yes. Many clients stay in the portal for the long run, using us to route new corridors, new entities and new product lines as they grow.
